Service Rates & Fees

Workstation (WS) – $70/hr, minimum 1Hr. Client will be billed by the quarter hour there after, $17.5/¼ Hr. (If it is a Critical Call, the client will move to the top of the queue and will respond ASAP. The client will be billed for a minimum of 2 hours)

Server – $80/hr, minimum 1 hour. Client will be billed by the quarter hour there after, $20/¼ Hr. (If it is a Critical Call, the client will move to the top of the queue and we will respond ASAP. The client will be billed for a minimum of 2 hours)

Wireless Network Security – Configure wireless router for secure access. This includes configuring up to 3 devices for secure access. $165.00

PC Conditioning – The performance restoration & secure system configuration for desktops & laptops. Price ranges from $115 to $165 for carry-in service and $165 to $215 for on-site service. The price reflects the cost for a new system installation if clean up is not possible.

Consulting – $50/Hr and is billed by the ¼ hour. ($18.75/¼ Hr)

Remote Assistance – If problem is resolved by phone or remote access. The client will be billed by the quarter hour, WS @ $17.50/¼ Hr. & Servers @ $20/¼ Hr.
